Join us every month for our Sacred Sharing Circle, an intimate gathering exclusively for SWONE members. This is a safe and sacred space where we come together to share our experiences, stories, and reflections, fostering deeper connections within our community.

What to Expect:

1. Housekeeping and Welcome: The facilitators will gently guide you through the structure of our gathering and set the intention for our time together. Our expert facilitator will then introduce the theme with a warm, conversational presentation.
2. Heartfelt Presentation: Our expert will share insights on the topic in a nurturing and approachable manner, followed by engaging discussion questions designed to open the heart and inspire meaningful dialogue.
3. Sacred Sharing: You’ll have the opportunity to share your reflections and experiences in a safe, confidential space. This is a sacred circle where every voice is welcomed and honored. You may also introduce yourself and your journey, either in the main discussion or in smaller breakout rooms.
4. Intimate Breakout Rooms: For larger gatherings, we’ll move into breakout rooms to foster deeper, more personal connections and discussions.
5. Final Reflections: At the end of the event, everyone will be invited to share their key takeaways, insights, and any connections made. This is a time to celebrate what we’ve learned and the new relationships we’ve formed.

• Confidentiality: What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.
• Respect: Each person will be given time to share if they choose
• Presence: Be fully present, listen actively, and honor the space we create together.
• Openness: Share from the heart and be open to receive from others.

• Bring an open heart and mind.
• You may wish to have a journal, pen, and any personal sacred items with you.
• Ensure you are in a quiet and comfortable space free from distractions.
