As a Level 5 Breathwork Certified expert, Alicia will guide you through a deeply transformative experience, helping you release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and align with the reflective and renewing energy of Samhain.

This sacred time of year calls for inner reflection, release of old patterns, and a connection with deeper energies. Through Alicia’s breathwork session, you’ll cleanse and reset, finding peace and clarity as we honor the shifting season.
